Decision nears on Finnish approval amendments
Finland's minister of economic affairs is recommending that the government approves a supplement to Fennovoima's decision in principle for the Hanhikivi plant. He is also proposing it rejects an extension to that of TVO for the fourth unit at Olkiluoto.

Olkiluoto 3 startup pushed back to 2018
Finland's Olkiluoto 3 will start operations in 2018, 13 years after work began on the first-of-a-kind EPR, the Areva-Siemens consortium building the plant has informed client Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO).

Loviisa I&C upgrade contract re-assigned

TVO seeks to delay Olkiluoto 4 project

Hanhikivi investment decision
A binding decision to construct and finance the Hanhikivi nuclear power plant in Finland has been made by the shareholders of Fennovoima, including Russian state nuclear company Rosatom.
